General Terms and Conditions of Sale;

1. On Line Paypal Shopping Cart shopping from Sope Cash Registers Limited is for sale and delivery of goods across the UK - delivery is included on all items. We can courier to Ireland, Highlands and UK Offshore - but a surcharge will be added. Please email or phone our offices for our rates to these areas. Thank You

2. All prices are in Pounds Sterling and exclusive of VAT @ 17.5%, all items will state they are + VAT.

3. We currently send heavy goods by UPS and the lighter goods (i.e.Ink Rollers Etc.) by the Royal Mail.

All purchasers please be aware when goods have been dispatched from our main warehouse, we are in the hands of the "carrier/courier/royal mail" and we cannot be held responsible for late (or) non delivery of your order. Please supply a contact number on purchase, this eliminates any problems with finding your delivery address by 3rd party couriers.

4. Items will be dispatched within two to three working days, we endeavour to send as soon as we can, in most cases the items will be dispatched same day if ordered before 1pm.

5. If your order cannot be fulfilled you will be offered an alternative or given a full refund.

6. The items/goods we dispatch are tracked, so please do contact us if your goods fail to turn up. We will then arrange with you to replace or repair the goods as quickly as humanly possible.

All products purchased via the website are covered with a 12 month "RTB" Return to Base Guarantee. In the unlikely event that you need to return the goods to Sope for repair. Please be aware that the cost of shipping and insurance will be down to you - the customer. .

Sope's Returns Policy;

Changed your mind about the goods? Items will not be taken back unless in the original packaging and a 25% restocking fee will be applied, again shipping is down to you, so please be sure before you buy, all our Machines/Equipment have brochure links where possible, so please do your homework before you purchase.

Any damage or incomplete or missing parts must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Sope Cash Registers Limited accepts no liability after this period. If goods are missing or damaged please call 01282 44 99 67. Postage costs for delivery to and from Sope Cash Registers are billed to customer and cannot be refunded. In case of a refund, delivery costs are not refunded. You may use your own courier, for collection of goods paid in full.
